What is meant by BM? 3

I know it's crazy and but Hannah Montana has an incident where Lily brings Miley a blueberry and says I brought you a BM and then Miley says if it doesn't mean blueberry ... So what does Oliver say? Would it represent otherwise? And then he's like oh ... and he and Miley are fine ... change the subject.

By the way, what do you think it means other than blueberries ???
