w Crack the tax code on Ontario Wal-Mart store receipts? 3
Hi, I googled it and couldn't find it, so I asked all the smart respondents for help.
When I see receipts from different stores, there is a different code on the right which I think is the tax code.
For example, WalMart has J C E D and A.
Here we have 5% GST and 8% PST.
I know some items were deleted, but the electronic codes don't match.
I would be very grateful if anyone could help me. Thank you very much.
updateI know there is only tax on women under 30 30 and the grocery store is tax free, but I still don't see the pattern ... except for the grocery DK ... and I thought maybe J is only GST. Electronic goods are taxed, but I can't say that permanently. Maybe C means customs clearance, but there is no tax number on it ... I even tried to call the store and they pretended not to go ...
Have you considered the fact that there is only one tax? Although GST and PST have very similar standards, there are elements where only one or the other applies. For Dares, for example, only GST applies, not PST.
