Why can't I login or
Last month, both sites did not allow me to log in to my account. Whenever I visit the login page, I enter my email address and password, but when I press the button, the page refreshes. The same goes for power bonuses.
Has this ever happened to anyone else? If so, do you know how to fix it?
I don't know how to fix it, but I managed to go to this week's Power Upwards and print from there. I could try to install a different internet browser and if I were you I could try there. If you use Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Fox.
