I'm a big fan of good things, but I won't try. This is special work if you want to ensure a good job and a perfect mirror is the only acceptable result. If your mirror is a soft-striped mirror, it is best to move it closer to one mirror and cut the other. If the shape of the mirror is unusual and / or beveled edges, it may be a good idea to hire a restorator. Very few places do this, so you may have to send it somewhere. Find a stable mirror on the web. You can cut bevel edges on each part of the glass, but there is not much room for individual bevels. I will consult your local gl sps if you need it. They know what to do in your area.
Getting a new mirror is the best option.
Mirror repair is labor intensive and expensive, and many chemicals are used.
