Cornstarch For Fleas On Cats
Can You Use Powder-Free Baby Powder On Cats? 3
My cat was eaten by fleas and I tried my best to get rid of them!
She is allergic to all flea medicines, so she takes baths (rarely) and other treatments.
I have heard that baby powder is bad, but I have read about it only because it contains powder.
I have a container of Pure Corn Starch Baby Powder (Aloe Vera and Vitamin E).
Ingredients are listed: Zee Meez Flour (Corn), Trichocium, Phosphate, Fragrance (Aloe Vera Leaf, Tocopherol (Vitamin E))
Is it safe to use?
No, just licking cats and eating dust is not good for cats (nor is corn). For natural flea removal, I would recommend:
What is Vectra, have you tried it?
Are you sure your doctor has given you other ideas?
I will check the suggestions about the natural reaction of other users and it will get worse. If you can control its use and then keep the cat indoors, you'll be fine.
Baby corn starch can be used on cats if you brush them later. I will not use it and leave. But I use it as a dry bath, apply it on the skin and then use a rubber brush (in that case you can use a flea comb) and let it dry indefinitely. Loosens hair and removes dirt and oil.
I'm not sure it's good for head lice.
W said the cat is allergic to all fleas? If your doctor tells you, he or she will suggest other ways to treat your flea problem or recommend safe fleas. My guess is that you have tried some of them and they did not work, and I am not suggesting that they all do not work. You should never give your cat human or human medicine unless specifically instructed by your veterinarian.
Call a doctor, explain the problem, and move on.
You can't breathe anymore because your small lungs can't filter properly and can block openings in your lungs. Don't throw it away! I always take a ton of corn starch in my hands (it's the same bottle as baby powder, but it's corn starch) and put it on my son, avoiding his face.
